Refunds and cancellation

This summary mirrors the subscription sections of our Terms of Service — if wording ever diverges, the Terms prevail.

Free trial

When a trial is offered, you may use Trade-OS without subscription payment for the stated window. Afterwards you must subscribe for continued access. Trials do not create a paid invoice until you actively purchase.

Billing cycle

Paid subscriptions bill monthly or yearly in advance (as shown at purchase). Renewal charges run automatically unless cancelled on time via the billing tooling we expose (typically Stripe Customer Portal).

Cancelling renewals

You may cancel for the future at any point. Cancelling prevents the next renewal — access generally continues until the prepaid period lapses as described in-account.

Refund posture

  • We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods or leftover unused days after you have committed to a renewal you did not subsequently cancel ahead of billing.
  • Discretionary refunds or credits remain rare —evaluated case-by-case (duplicate charge, substantive inability to use the service due to faults on our side, etc.). Acceptance of one request does not entitle anyone else automatically.
  • Bank or card disputes can freeze access while Stripe and processors investigate — contact us directly first where possible so we resolve without disruption.

Failed payments

Failed charges trigger reminders and Stripe retry logic where enabled. Continued failure can lead to suspension and eventual deletion as our Terms describe. Need help correcting card details early — email hello@tradeoshq.com.
